AlgoCandy was co-founded by Alen Zhu, Calvin Zhang, and Richie Cao, whose complementary expertise in finance, CSP compliance, and software development enables the team to build a practical, professional, and competitive AML/CFT compliance platform.
A graduate of Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Alen currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of SG EPAY and previously worked at Creative Labs. He has extensive management experience in the financial industry and has been actively involved in anti-money laundering and compliance management. At AlgoCandy, he provides strategic guidance on business development, corporate management, and compliance framework development.
A graduate of the National University of Singapore (NUS), Calvin has many years of experience in the Corporate Service Provider (CSP) and insurance industries. He has an in-depth understanding of Singapore CSP workflows, customer due diligence, and AML/CFT compliance requirements. At AlgoCandy, he is responsible for the development and review of the platform’s compliance framework, product compliance logic, and professional content.
Richie holds an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business and previously worked at a publicly listed technology company. He has more than 16 years of experience in software products, digital marketing, and entrepreneurship, and has developed and operated multiple software products serving tens of millions of users. At AlgoCandy, he leads product planning, user experience, and commercial development, helping translate complex compliance requirements into practical digital workflows.
